1. Who we are
basedeu.com is operated by Axeray LLC (United States), trading as BASED Bodyworks. These terms apply whenever you visit the site or place an order. By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted them together with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products
We sell the BASED Bodyworks shampoo & conditioner set (2 × 355 ml per set), offered individually and in multi-set bundles. We describe colours, ingredients and volumes as accurately as we can; availability can change before a payment completes.
3. Prices, currency and payment
Prices for the United States store are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Other regional stores display their local currency, which is also the currency charged. Applicable shipping costs and any taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Payments are processed by our payment service providers (including Stripe). Your card details are entered on the provider's secure page and never touch our servers. Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing BASED Bodyworks.
4. Order acceptance
An automated confirmation does not by itself constitute acceptance. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, delivery details are invalid, there is an obvious pricing error, or the transaction is flagged for fraud review.
5. Subscriptions
If you explicitly choose the subscribe-and-save option at checkout, your selected bundle renews every 16 weeks at the discounted price shown, until cancelled. You can cancel or pause at any time before the next renewal by emailing support@basedeu.com — cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges are made. One-time purchases never renew.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown per store and at checkout in business days. Details, costs and thresholds are described in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns, refunds and guarantee
Our 30-day money-back guarantee and full return conditions are set out in the Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that degrades the service, or use the BASED Bodyworks name, imagery or content without permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — designs, photography, copy and marks — belongs to its respective owners and is protected by applicable law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages caused by service interruptions, failures of your own equipment, or third-party services outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
For purchases from the United States store, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Axeray LLC is registered. For purchases from our other regional stores, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. 12. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
