30-day money-back guarantee
Use the set as directed for up to 30 days from delivery. If your hair does not feel softer, email support@basedeu.com with your order number and we refund you in full — even if the bottles are opened and used. We do not ask you to return used product, and you keep any free gift.
Returns of unopened products
You may also return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first so we can issue return instructions; unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we cover any return shipping in these cases.
Order cancellation
You can cancel any order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched — reply to your order confirmation or email support@basedeu.com. Once dispatched, the 30-day guarantee and return terms above apply.
Subscription cancellation
Subscriptions renew every 16 weeks. Cancel or pause at any time before the next renewal by emailing support@basedeu.com; no further charges will be made. Each individual subscription delivery is covered by the same guarantee and return terms as a one-time order.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds always go back to the original payment method.
- We process approved refunds within 5 business days of approval (or of receiving a returned item).
- Your bank or card issuer may need a further 5–10 business days to display the credit.
- Purchases on the United States store are charged and refunded in USD; other regional stores refund in the currency originally charged.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery for your store is 3–6 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat $6.99, free on orders over $40.00.
