1. What we collect
When you place an order, our payment provider (Stripe) collects your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment details and fraud-prevention signals. Axeray LLC receives what is needed to confirm, deliver and support the order — never your full card number or security code.
The site also processes basic technical information generated by our hosting infrastructure: IP address, browser type, access times and error logs.
2. How we use it
- Creating, confirming, delivering and supporting orders.
- Fraud prevention, site security and compliance with legal obligations.
- Answering support, return and refund requests.
- Sending product updates only where you have actively opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Measuring, debugging and improving the site.
3. Processors we rely on
We use Stripe for payments and Vercel for hosting. Delivery details are shared with fulfilment and shipping partners only to the extent needed to complete your order. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security obligations.
4. Cookies and local storage
Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device and is not used for payment until you actively check out. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
5. Retention
Transaction records are kept for as long as required for order fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
6. International transfers
Stripe and Vercel operate infrastructure in multiple countries, so using the site can involve processing outside your own country under those providers' safeguards and terms.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU/UK and state privacy laws such as the CCPA in the US), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restrictions on the processing of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Some transaction data must be retained where the law requires it. To exercise any right, email support@basedeu.com — we respond within 30 days. We do not sell your personal information.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Updates
New versions of this policy are published on this page with the date below. Material changes may be additionally announced on the site.
